Vénice M. Fairbanks
With over 30 years of experience in the dealership and repair industry, I specialize in commercial insurance solutions for franchised and independent dealerships, including automotive, powersports, RV, and marine dealerships, as well as repair and service operations.
I spent 25 years as a direct agent with American Hardware Mutual Insurance Company, where I specialized in insurance programs for franchised dealerships of all types. I then served as an independent agent with Shepard and Shepard Business Solutions for 12 years before founding Fairbanks Insurance on October 1, 2024.
As an independent insurance professional, I partner with top-rated insurance carriers to provide customized coverage solutions that protect your inventory, property, equipment, employees, and daily operations. My extensive industry experience allows me to identify unique risks and recommend insurance programs tailored to your business needs and budget.
I am committed to delivering personalized service, expert guidance, and responsive support. My goal is to help dealership and repair business owners protect what they have built, navigate challenges with confidence, and focus on growing their businesses for years to come.
Michele Howard
Helping people has always been at the heart of everything I do. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving others in many different roles—from working in the school district while raising my two children, to owning a local bakery where community involvement and supporting families and businesses were a daily part of life.
My passion has always been understanding people's needs and helping them find solutions. During the COVID years, communication and customer service became more important than ever, and I spent several years as a Customer Service Supervisor, assisting contractors, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customers.
Problem-solving, organization, and multitasking are skills I've developed throughout every stage of my career.
Today, I've found a new passion in the insurance industry. I genuinely enjoy helping individuals and business owners protect what matters most. I'm known for being persistent and determined—when there's a challenge to overcome, I don't give up until the job is done.

We are proud to share that our recent experience at the WSIADA Convention was a tremendous success.
